Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Miravo AI.

1. Free trial

Creating a Miravo AI account is free and does not require a credit card. You can explore the dashboard, add your content, train the chatbot, and test it before choosing a plan.

To publish the chatbot on your website, you choose a plan and enter your card details at checkout. This starts a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial. At the end of the 7 days, the card is charged automatically for the plan you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends, in which case nothing is charged and there is nothing to refund.

2. Paid plans

Miravo AI offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. The applicable price, billing cycle, included usage, limits, and cancellation terms are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you are charged.

3. Subscription refunds

First-time subscription charges may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and your account has not violated our Terms of Service.

Renewal charges, add-ons, usage-based charges, overage fees, and one-time services may not be refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund fees already charged unless this policy or applicable law requires a refund.

5. Service issues

If you believe a billing error occurred or Miravo AI was unavailable in a way that materially affected your paid subscription, contact us with details. We will review the request and may provide a refund, account credit, or other remedy at our discretion.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the account email, company name, charge date, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and review the request.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after we process it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as our billing model changes. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
