These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Miravo AI, including the website, dashboard, chatbot widget, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, installing the widget, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Miravo AI helps businesses add an AI-powered chat widget to their websites. The service may include knowledge base training, customer conversations, human escalation, widget customization, analytics, and related support tools.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are also responsible for the content, documents, website pages, prompts, and instructions you upload or connect to Miravo AI.

You may not use Miravo AI to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or abuse the service.
• Collect sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and proper safeguards.

Miravo AI uses automated systems to generate chatbot responses. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing your chatbot setup, training content, escalation rules, and customer-facing responses.

Miravo AI is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Customers should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.

Miravo AI is currently offered as a free beta. Beta features may change, pause, or be removed as the product improves. Paid plans are expected to launch later, and any paid terms will be shown before you are charged.

You retain ownership of your customer data, website content, documents, and other materials you provide to Miravo AI. You grant Miravo AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

Miravo AI may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, email, AI model processing, storage, analytics, and other operational needs. Your use of Miravo AI may be affected by those providers and their availability.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Miravo AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or misuse may affect service availability.

You may stop using Miravo AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk, or could harm Miravo AI, our customers, end users, or third parties.

Miravo AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miravo AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers, such as posting the updated terms or providing notice in the product.
